At the nationwide certificate ceremony on 25th June 2019, which took place in Berlin, our Human Resources Officer Gloria Schmidt received the certificate from the hands of the Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Dr. Franziska Giffey, and Oliver Schmitz, Managing Director of berufundfamilie Service GmbH.
The audit is a strategic management instrument that we use to orient our personnel policy towards family and the different phases of life.
We are pleased and proud to have been awarded the certificate again. After all, it shows that we are successfully implementing the measures for striking a balance between career and family. The audit is under the patronage of the Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Dr. Franziska Giffey, and is recommended by the leading German trade associations BDA (German Employers Association), BDI (Federal Association of German Industry), DIHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and ZDH (German Confederation of Skilled Crafts).
